Daftar

Daftar · business platform

Every sale, booking and shift, in one place.

The business system I build for garages, clinics, salons, warehouses, learning centres and ten more kinds of business in Azerbaijan, Türkiye, Georgia and Central Asia. Staff work on their phones, the manager runs the day on a computer, and the owner sees takings, orders and who came in when, live.

Fifteen working demos with sample data. They run in your browser.

01Business types

Pick your business.

Restaurants and cafés already have good local systems. Daftar is for the businesses those were not built for. Each demo opens as the manager on a computer; switch to the owner or the staff, and to the phone, at the top.

Full demo · 3 roles

Auto service

Jobs live on paper and in chats, so nobody knows which car waits on what, and extra work gets done without a clear yes.

  • A board of every car and what it is waiting for
  • Estimates approved by the customer on WhatsApp
  • Parts and labour on one bill, with the receipt
Full demo · 3 roles

Clinic and dental

Bookings come by phone, message and Instagram into one paper diary, patients forget, and nobody sees which doctor’s hours sit empty.

  • One calendar for every doctor and room
  • Reminders the day before, confirmed with one reply
  • The visit note and the bill from the doctor’s phone
Full demo · 3 roles

Beauty salon and barber

Bookings arrive on Instagram and WhatsApp at all hours, double bookings happen, and working out each master’s commission takes a whole evening.

  • Instagram and WhatsApp requests in one inbox
  • Each master’s day on their phone
  • Commission worked out on every visit
Full demo · 3 roles

Warehouse and wholesale

Orders come from reps, calls and WhatsApp, pickers search the shelves, and what each shop owes lives in a notebook.

  • Orders from reps, calls and messages in one queue
  • Pick lists in walking order, checked by scan and photo
  • Every shop’s debt and credit limit, live
Full demo · 3 roles

Learning centre

Fees live in a spreadsheet, nobody notices a student missing lessons until the parent asks, and enquiries from Instagram go cold.

  • Who has paid this month, and who has not
  • Attendance on the teacher’s phone, parents told the same day
  • Enquiries followed up until they enrol

Ten more, on the same core

Not on the list?

The same core fits most businesses that sell, book or keep stock. Tell me how yours works and I will show you what it would look like.

Ask on WhatsApp

02Three roles, one record

Every person sees their part.

What a mechanic, a doctor or a picker does on the phone shows up for the manager and the owner at once, with the time and the name.

The owner

On the phone, anywhere

  • Takings and profit, live
  • Every sale and order, with the time
  • Who clocked in, who came late and how long they stayed
  • Every discount, refund and cancelled receipt, with the name
  • Stock that runs low
  • Ask a question and get the answer from your own records

The manager

On a computer or a tablet

  • The calendar, the board or the counter, depending on the business
  • Checkout with the fiscal receipt
  • Customers, debts and reminders
  • Stock, goods in and counts
  • Staff hours and pay
  • Opening and closing the till

Staff

On their own phone

  • Their own jobs, patients, clients or picks for the day
  • Clock in and out, from the shop’s Wi-Fi or a QR at the door
  • A photo, a dictation or a scan instead of typing
  • Their earnings this month
  • Nothing they should not see

03How it works

One core, and the modules each business needs.

Every business type runs on the same core: counter, stock, customers, staff hours and money. On top of it sit the screens that business works in all day, which is why each demo looks different.

04Built for the region

Made for how business is done here.

Fiscal receipts built in

In Azerbaijan, retail, catering, hotels, medical practices, barbershops and beauty salons settle payments through the e-kassa, and every receipt reaches the State Tax Service as it is printed. In Türkiye, retail and service businesses use new generation cash registers that report through e-Arşiv. Georgia moves every business to its new standard cash registers by 1 May 2028. The checkout is built around the register you are required to use.

Messages where your customers already are

Reminders, approvals and receipts go out on WhatsApp in Azerbaijan, Türkiye, Georgia and Kazakhstan, and on Telegram in Uzbekistan, where seven in ten people prefer it. Customers reply in the same chat and the system reads the answer.

Credit, the way it is really done

Regulars who pay at the end of the month, shops that buy on credit, contractors on 30 days: the nisyə or veresiye book is part of the system, with a limit per customer, the age of every debt and a reminder before it gets old.

Your currency, your language

Manat, lira, lari, so’m or tenge, and an interface in Azerbaijani, Turkish, Russian or English, so every member of staff works in the language they read fastest.

Keeps working when the internet drops

The counter keeps selling and the phones keep logging when the connection goes, and everything syncs when it is back. No sale is lost and none is booked twice.

Every person sees their part

A mechanic sees his cars, not the takings. A cashier cannot delete a receipt without it showing on the owner’s phone. Each role is set up once, for each person.

05Additional services

Add-ons that plug into any system.

Sold on their own or on top of Daftar: maps, AI that reads and sees, chat bots, booking pages and phone apps without the store.

06How I set it up

From your first message to your staff using it.

  1. 01A day in your business

I watch how bookings, sales, stock and staff really move, and write down what has to change.

  2. 02Your version, on your data

Your services, prices, staff, branches and rules loaded in, on a test copy you can click through.

  3. 03Live on one branch

Staff use it on their own phones. I stay close for the first weeks and fix what gets in the way.

  4. 04I stay with it

Changes, new modules and support come from me directly, not from a call centre.

Price

Monthly, priced for your business.

30 to 499 AZN a month

One person with the counter starts at the low end. Several branches with every module and integration sit at the top. Tell me about the business and I will send you an exact price.

What moves the price

  • How many modules you use
  • Branches and staff
  • Integrations: fiscal register, card terminal, WhatsApp
  • Setup and moving your data in

07Questions

What people ask first.

Is Daftar a ready product?

The demos show it as I build it. Your version is set up around your business: your services and prices, your staff and their roles, your branches, your cash register and the way you already work.

What does it cost?

It is priced each month, for your business: from 30 to 499 AZN a month, depending on the modules, the number of branches and staff, and the integrations you need. Write to me and I will send you a price.

Do we need special devices?

No. It runs on the phones, tablets and computers you already have. The only hardware is the cash register the law asks for and, if you take cards, the card terminal.

Does it work if the internet drops?

Yes. The counter and the staff phones keep working and everything syncs when the connection is back.

What languages does it speak?

Staff can work in Azerbaijani, Turkish, Russian or English. This site is in all four; the screens inside the demos are in English for now.

Who owns the data?

You do. It can be exported at any time, in a format your accountant can open.
